Merchandising as a strategic event tool
Every corporate event is a unique opportunity to connect tangibly with your audience. Whether it is a sector trade show, a conference, a team building or a product launch, the right merchandising amplifies your message and extends the experience beyond the event.
The golden rule is simple: the promotional product must be so useful the attendee uses it after the event. A pen that writes poorly or a bag that breaks convey exactly the opposite of what you are seeking.
Merchandising by event type
Trade shows and exhibitions: The goal is to maximize visibility and capture leads. Essential: large bags (they will be the official attendee bag throughout the show), pens with your website, personalized lanyards and cards with QR code to your catalog.
