Spring is peak season for trade shows and conferences
Every year, between April and June, Spain hosts over 60% of its sector trade shows, specialist conferences and corporate events. From the Mobile World Congress to food, industrial and tourism fairs, spring 2026 will be no exception. And for companies exhibiting at stands, one thing is clear: stand merchandising can make the difference between going unnoticed or being the brand everyone remembers.
The most common mistake is leaving merchandising until the last minute. Production times with personalization range from 2 to 4 weeks. So if your trade show is in April, March is the time to decide which products to bring.

1. Reusable large-format bags: The undisputed star product at any trade show. Attendees need something to store brochures, samples and cards. How much merchandising do I need for my trade show?
The general rule is to calculate 1.5 to 2 times the expected stand visits. If you expect 300 visits, prepare between 450 and 600 units of your main product. For secondary or premium products, calculate 30-40% of total visitors.

Deadlines and how not to run late
For April trade shows, the order deadline with standard personalization is mid-March. For May, you have until early April.
